Our Stakeholders

CSF-III is financed by the European Union under the 11^th European Development Fund (EDF). The management of the programme has been delegated by the National Authorising Officer (NAO) for the EDF, represented by the Ministry of Finance in Ethiopia, to the EU Delegation to Ethiopia, with the support of a Technical Assistance Unit (TAU). The latter is operated under a service contract by a consortium of consulting companies led by ICE, in partnership with Intrac, FCG International and Cideal.  

The TAU for CSF-III works closely with similar interventions in the country, in particular the Civil Society Support Programme (CSSP II) and the Ethiopia Social Accountability Programme (ESAP 3).
